Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of receiving your purchase for a refund and 14 Days for an Exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Item Condition: The product must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks, scratches, or damages. Shoes/product must be returned with their original packaging, including the box.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Returned within 7 Days for a refund and 14 days for a exchange: Items must be returned within the requested days from the date of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item to ensure it is safely delivered back to us.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then issue a refund or process an exchange as requested.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged items, worn shoes), we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us with your order details. We’ll let you know the availability of the requested item and help you with the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale or Discounted Items:
- All sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at stagesisterbikinicompetitors@gmail.com with details and pictures of the issue. We will arrange a return, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties on returned items.
