📜 PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 12th June 2025
By placing a pre-order for the Stage Sisters Bodybuilding Prep Journal, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-Order Overview
This is a pre-order purchase, which means the product is currently in production and will be shipped at a later date. Payment is taken at the time of purchase to reserve your journal from the first batch.
2. Estimated Shipping Date
Pre-orders are expected to ship by 31st of July 2025 . Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays.
We will notify all customers via email with any updates or changes to the delivery schedule.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders are non-refundable unless:
• There is a significant delay beyond 30 days from the 31st of July from the estimated shipping date.
• The product arrives damaged or defective (in which case we will replace or refund as per our Returns Policy).
Please consider this when placing your order.
4. Order Changes
Unfortunately, changes to your order (such as address updates or product swaps) cannot be made once the order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.
5. Multiple Items in Order
If you purchase a pre-order item along with in-stock products, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready please take this into account. Id make two orders if your looking to get in stock products sent separately
❓ PRE-ORDER FAQ
Q: When will I receive my journal?
A: We expect all pre-orders to ship by 31st of July your delivery will be sent out within a week of this date. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your journal is dispatched.
Q: Is the journal in stock right now?
A: Not yet! This is a pre-order—you’re securing your copy before the full release. Production is currently underway.
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: We do not offer refunds for change of mind during the pre-order phase. Refunds are only issued if there’s a production delay beyond 30 days or if your journal arrives damaged.
Q: What if my address changes after I place my order?
A: If your address changes, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we can’t guarantee we can update it in time but we will try our best.
Q: Can I order other items at the same time?
A: Yes, but please note that everything will ship together once the journal is ready. If you need other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Q: Will I be notified when it ships?
A: Absolutely. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Q: Will there be more stock after the pre-order?
A: We cannot guarantee another print run. This is a limited release, and pre-orders will be prioritised. Once we sell out, we may not restock until much later in the season.
