We use Australia Post (AUSPOST) and other trusted courier partners to deliver your orders.

Shipping providers may vary depending on your delivery location.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Parcel weight

    • Selected shipping method

  • You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

3. Order Processing Times

  • All in-stock items (including activewear) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Pre-Orders (Activewear & Heels)

  • If your order includes pre-order items (including activewear or heels), please note:

    • Production timelines may vary between 3–7 weeks

    • This is due to bulk order manufacturing with our suppliers

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be:

    • Shipped together once all items are ready, or

    • Split into multiple shipments (at our discretion)

5. Launch & High Demand Periods

  • During new collection launches (including limited drops such as the Sorelle Collection), we may experience a high volume of orders.

  • As a result:

    • Dispatch times may be slightly extended beyond our standard 1–3 business days

    • Pre-order processing times may also be impacted depending on demand

  • We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Australia (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International:

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking number

You can track your parcel directly through the courier provider.

8. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items can be legally imported into their country

  • International orders may be subject to:

    • Import taxes

    • Duties

    • Customs fees

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries

  • If we are unable to ship your order, you will be notified and refunded for the affected items

10. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

  • Lost

  • Delayed

  • Damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will:

  • Investigate with the shipping provider

  • Assist in resolving the issue

Note: Keep all packaging and proof for claims.

11. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

    • Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
